Robotic station for sticking the foam gasket / Germany

A universal robotic station that performs the process of forming and sticking a foam gasket. The design of the machine allows you to work with different lengths of foam and to form various shapes using interchangeable tools.

 

  • automatic process of removing the adhesive cover using a vacuum unit
  • support for interchangeable sockets allowing for the implementation of various shapes of gasket bending
  • plasma treatment of the glued surface to increase adhesion
  • the process of plasma and sticking is carried out using an ABB 6-axis robot
