Automation of the spring washer assembly process / Poland

Household appliances industry. A project involving full automation of the process, which until now was carried out fully manually using a hand press. Full automation of the process of installing two spring washers on the pins of the plastic detail. The role of the operator is only to periodically replenish the component containers.

 

  • two vibrating feeders delivering components to the process
  • the process is carried out on a 4-position rotary table
  • assembly and unloading with pick and place units
