Torsion spring feeding system

Compact torsion spring feeding system, including:

  • vibrating hopper, ensuring the required autonomy
  • vibrating bowl feeder orienting springs
  • vibrating linear feeder, ensuring component buffering and enabling continuous operation of the machine taking the springs from the feeder
  • control system connecting vibration drives and sensors informing about the filling of the linear feeder and emptying the round feeder
